customers. The design allows the broker to perform a role similar
to an IT service provider or a systems integrator, but in a rapid development
cloud services environment.

Elizabeth campus. This solution included system analysis and
engineering of all network communications and data centers. This incorporated
systems integration, verification, validation for all IT hardware; software;
installation of all system components; and operations and maintenance for the
entire system.
Technical Lead to Patent Trademark

Technical lead and architect to PTO on
the redesign of numerous stand-alone systems into a single integrated
platform to be used by all patent examiners across all patent
processing. The architecture included a structured workflow subsystem,
automated application editing to minimize manual processing, use of an
electronic file processing subsystem, implemented remote processing services,
and implemented a single electronic data exchange subsystem. The entire
solution was built on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform.

lifecycle management services for the Air Force. Mr. Manchise was
responsible for delivering single, integrated solution that included service
desk system management, executive dashboard, IT portfolio management capability,
capital management solution, and integrated operations and logistics.

As systems architect to Verizon Corp,
Mr. Manchise was responsible for the design and implementation of the Networx
(FTS2001 replacement) architecture. This included development of 45
separate IT services. These included: web conferencing, remote access,
network management, IP-based wireless, dedicated hosting, application
hosting, video teleconferencing, cyber security, etc. Specifically,
cyber security services included; Firewall management, intrusion protection,
managed authentication, vulnerability scanning, and secure email, etc.

Key member of an architecture workgroup that was
tasked to design and implement a computer and business systems architecture
framework for the DOI Trust Management Improvement Project. This project was
ordered by the US Courts to mitigate the current trust management system
shortcomings identified in a recent lawsuit brought by Native Americans
against the Department of Interior and Bureau of Indian Affairs.

As systems architect for the BIA, Mr. Manchise was
responsible for the evaluation of competing technologies and the general
system design, implementation and deployment for the BIA infrastructure.
Design and implementation for a information and data security solution,
including a single user sign-on capability. Development of the BIA’s
Information Technology Architecture (ITA) document. Review and evaluation of
BIA’s new client/server application systems.
Systems and Security Architect for the US Customs,
Anteon Corp.
As systems architect for US Customs Service, Mr.
Manchise was responsible for the development of the security architecture of
the International Trade Prototype system (ITP). The ITP architecture is based
upon a Worldwide Web Browser installed in the importers or exporters office
and Web servers and database servers installed at Custom Service
offices. The security architecture included the selection,
implementation, and integration of several COTS products to provide complete
secured access to Custom Service computers. This included the use of
128-bit cipher Secured Sockets Layer software on the user’s PC, firewalls
from ANS Software and Axent technologies.

Systems Architect for the new FEMA emergency
management system. As chief architect, was responsible for the
evaluation of competing technologies and the general system design of
NEMIS. Responsible for the implementation of security infrastructure
